SOMETHING ABOUT ME

To give you a little bit of my background, I had a degree in Business Administration and majored in Marketing Management. I have 5+years’ customer service representative exposure and have familiarity with data gathering, technical support, sales, and transcription. I am such a private and keen observant in handling confidential information as I value the trust of my client. I do not limit myself to only doing administrative work, I’d like to explore my creative side and play with curiosity-provoking ideas.

I recently attended extensive training in General Virtual Assistance and Social Media Marketing with Advertising by the Department of Information and Communication Technology to hone my skills. I know there will always be room for improvement, and continuous learning is a must, whether professional or personal, to reach my full potential.

I was molded to be able to handle things with little supervision, have great dedication to customer service and be excellent in communication skills. Working in a high-paced environment, I learned a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

I am open for further training to expand my knowledge and to do better with the tasks that will be given to me. My goal is to have a long term client that I can collaborate with and help grow their business. I am up for short term projects as well. One thing is for sure, I am committed to my work whatever is needed.
